“This will be a review about the beginner ski package. It was totally worth it, $129.45 for the day pass, an instructor, and ski rentals (includes boots, skis, helmet, poles). Getting the rentals was fast and everyone who worked there that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We went on an off peak day end of March and so we ended up having an instructor who helped just us, which is definitely not always the case depending on how busy they are. Our instructor Danny was great! He helped my husband, who has never skied before, get from the bunny slope onto the chairlift and we did a few runs. He was positive, encouraging, and got us skiing!!!There’s a nice fenced off bunny slope for you to practice before going on the run. I think this is a great place to learn to ski. Also, it’s so stunningly beautiful that it makes the whole experience so much better. Getting food after at the lodge is so necessary, and they have vegan/vegetarian options (including a veggie burger and a Thai noodle salad). I would 10/10 recommend.”

“Shoutout to Annika, who works in the rental and tuning area! She was incredibly sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. She helped us out quickly and was so eager to make sure everything was right. As a newer snowboarder, I especially appreciated how she took the time to help with my board, giving it a quick wax and adjusting my bindings perfectly. She really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Annika! PS. I definitely felt the difference when I went back on the slopes! Thank you! - Rizza & Maikol Also Mt. Baker (White Salmon) is my top #1 ski resort so far! (2nd time here) The views are immaculate, staff are so kind and nice and it’s less busy compared to other ones in WA. Second is Mission Ridge for me, however I have not been to Steven’s Pass yet!”

“Road is a little rough, but my '98 Jetta made it no problem. Great little lake to walk around, can't wait to see it after it snows!”

“Absolutely incredible experience at Mt. Baker Ski Area! Amazing snow, challenging terrain, and some of the best powder skiing anywhere. The mountain has a true old-school vibe with a focus on great skiing rather than crowds or commercial hype. Friendly staff, stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere make this place special. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic mountain skiing!”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is no sink to wash hands on top floor where there is a restaraunt so people need to walk to the bottom flooor to wash their hands. I ran into a instructor in the parking lot and told him i dont ski or s/b but he ran me through the process of getting started with lessons and gave me some tips.”
